Here is YOUR guide to Spartan / OCR (Obstacle Course Racing) and how you can train to succeed.  At FFLS we know the level of strength and fitness needed just to participate, let along complete, this is an exhilarating sport with events all over the world, having qualified and participated in the World Championship I believe anyone can get there if they really want it enough with the right guidance, support, motivation and training techniques.

Why? Well why not, there is much fun and satisfaction in swinging over walls, scrambling over nets and under barbed wire YES barbed wire!... Being in a mud pit with your friends may sound revolting trust me you will actually love it!

I never knew hardship the taste of mud and missing skin could be this much fun!

 LEVEL 1

​

This is the course for you if you rarely work out in a gym and you can't comfortably run 2k

​

Per calendar Month you will receive:

​

 2 x 121 Running Coaching

​

 4 x 121 Personal Training Sessions

​

 1 x Bootcamp per week

​

 1 x Home workout plan

 

 Additionally: 

 

 1 x Session at a practice course prior to     your race date

​

1 x Nutritional Consultation face to face
