There is much the statement that food is the most abused anxiety drug and exercise is the most underutilised antidepressant. Yet so many of us are digging our own graves with our knives and forks.
We have been deceived into thinking that a "treat" is the food that plays havoc with our blood sugar levels and mood, that fad diets are the way to lose weight for that "beach body" and in conforming to this mass deception, we cheat ourselves out of health, vibrancy and the genuine pleasure of food.
