Healthy nutrition is our main battle ground when it comes to losing weight and/or gaining muscle. During this consultation, we will discuss your goals which will form the basis of your personalised nutrition programme. We will also go through the contents of your fridge, freezer and cupboards to identify foods which should be consumed regularly, occasionally, rarely and avoided where possible. By the end of our consultation, you will know how to eat and what to eat to reach your specific goals.
You will receive a personalised nutrition plan to help guide you. through your nutrition journey and give you a selection of great recipes for you to try.
Consultation available face-to-face Herts, Beds, Bucks, Essex, North London (contact me to discuss other locations) mile radius of Dunstable. You will be emailed a questionnaire to completed and returned prior to our appointment
Follow up nutrition consultation
45 - 60 minutes
This follow up will allow us to review your progress 6-8 weeks after your initial consultation, re-evaluate your needs and adjust your plan based on your weight and measurements to make sure you stay on track to reach your goals.
